Dr. Alan Nathan has a spreadsheet with the formulas. Scroll down to the "The 3D Spin Axis: An Addendum" article and you'll find the link there. He has a more recent one as well, but I think my formulae are based off of that one. I also calculate it from release not z0 (i.e. at 50 feet), so my numbers will be slightly different.
